Agnus castus is a shrub that grows in the Mediterranean area.Considered a potent antispasmodic, it is ideal for fighting the ailments of the premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and symptoms related to the menstrual cycle. It helps relieve cramps and sore breasts and alleviates intense stress, which affects the ovaries possibly causing irregularities in the menstrual cycle like missed periods (amenorrhoea) or heavy bleeding.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 1 POST-MENSTRUAL PHASE tablet for 14 days and 1 PRE-MENSTRUAL PHASE tablet for the following 14 days. Start by taking one post-menstrual phase tablet from day 1 of the menstrual cycle.
WARNINGS: Product indicated for women of childbearing age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
