Riboflavin
Also known as vitamin B2, it belongs to the water-soluble group of vitamins: vitamins that are not stored in the body and as such need to be taken on a regular basis. It has a key role in the proper functioning of the metabolism and, thanks to its antioxidant property, it counteracts the effect of free radicals.
Pomegranate
A powerful antioxidant: as such, it counteracts the formation of free radicals and helps fighting skin damage caused by sunlight, pollution and stress. Pomegranate is a natural anti-ageing remedy, useful in preventing the formation of wrinkles and other signs of ageing, such as loss of elasticity and tone or the onset of dark spots.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a vitamin that must be ingested through the diet, because the human body is unable to synthesise it. Helps to raise immune-system barriers and reduces fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin C also has strong antioxidant properties: it fights the free radicals responsible for cellular ageing. It is also essential for collagen biosynthesis, because it is responsible for the transformation of two structural amino acids that are characteristic of this protein.
Recommended daily dose: dissolve 10 g (1 dose) in 200 ml of water, stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.
