Vitamin D
a fat-soluble vitamin that is primarily involved in the proper function of the immune, nervous and bone systems. The human body is able to produce vitamin D through exposure to the sun. A vitamin D deficiency can lead to a weakened immune system, low mood, fatigue, bone pains.
Vitamin B6
water-soluble vitamin, cannot be stored in the body and must therefore be introduced through the diet. Vitamin B6 is involved in the metabolism (or transformation process) of amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates and the formation of haemoglobin. It is important for normal brain development, the functioning of the nervous system and the immune system.
It is recommended to take one gummy per day.

Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption could have laxative effects.
