a spice, widely considered to among the most valuable in the world, which is obtained from the stigmas of the Crocus sativus. Thanks to its chemical composition, it offers a range of benefits for the body. For example, it helps to promote normal mood and reduce tension.
Tryptophan
essential amino acid found in numerous foods including legumes, meat, eggs and chocolate - in which it is found in high concentrations -. Not only does it participate in protein synthesis, but it is also the starting point for certain molecules such as serotonin known as the 'feel-good hormone'.
It is recommended to take 2 gummies per day when required.
